About this game
Minecraft Earth is a video game developed by Mojang, which is based on the official Minecraft game. It is a new game, first announced in April 2019 and is now available in free to play on Android and iOS devices.
Microsoft wanted to specify that the game is an adaptation, not a cropped version of the original game, in fact you will see that there are all the main and most important things of the original Minecraft. Only you will see all this in an augmented reality, in which it is possible to live a total Minecraft experience in our streets through our mobile.
In this "update" you must create your own kingdom in blocks (where you can play and collide with other players from different parts of the world) and look for unique mobs.
If you want to increase your level you have to get special items and also participate in distributed games that will appear in the real world all over the map, which make getting rarer materials.
What's great and beautiful is that you can create your own characters without sharing them with anyone giving them a sense of permanence as you can also hide building creations.
It can be compared to the popular Pokémon Go or the recent Harry Potter Wizards Unite, but what makes the game unique are the ultimate goals: explore, collect resources, build and survive the various obstacles.
A novelty is the closed beta, launched this summer. To be part of this beta, you have to register on the official site of Minecraft Earth, but to complete your registration and play with this version you need a mobile device with at least Android 7 or iOS 10. Then the site will need your account from Microsoft or Xbox Live, sign in to the app store and answer some questions.
Finally you will see that you must be at least 18 years old to participate in the game.
